The KOA CUP (Kick Off Association Cup, formerly known as playout cup) is a competition during the World Cup played on sunday with all the players that couldn't reach to the sunday final stages, it's like UEFA cup for football clubs.
KOA CUP is a real competition, the aim of the KOA CUP is to have a full competition for all the players that don't go to playoff stages on sunday and having a full day of games on sunday with the KOA Cup final projected into the Big Screen just before the World Cup finals.
