This is a tentative schedule of events during World Cup. Times given are local to Cologne. The language of the event will be english. "Speeches" and presentations of the programme will be translated into other language by some members of the KOA; the friday sessions will be host on a Restourant, Saturday and Sunday session will be hosted on the game room. Game Room will be used for presentations of new games and other events.
Tentative Programme
- Friday: welcome party, evening dinner. Opening of the World Cup with seedings
- Saturday: Day 1 of the World Cup. start on late morning; Check-in & first stage of the Competition: all the players will be sorted on more leagues of 7/8 players each with home/away matches.
- Sunday: Day 2 of the World Cup. Start on late morning; Final stage with Finals and KOA CUP: the best players will be sorted in more leagues with home/away matches then the best of each league they'll have home/away knock-outs, all the others they'll play together the KOA CUP competition; Finally we'll have the awards ceremony for the 4 best players on the KOA CUP and the best 4 Players of the World Cup.
Additional Events
There will be a number of Social events at the KO Gathering -- including trips to local attractions, tours of the city and several parties.
