Accommodation

The youth hostel is very new - build in the year 2002. It is not more than 15 minutes away (by feet) from the City Centre with the dome. It is the most modern and clean youth hostel we have ever seen (actually it does not look like a youth hostel!).

The WC room is directly in the same complex in the top floor. The room is really huge. We will have 20+ tables with projector and broadband Internet-Access. The price will be at 23€ per person and night - breakfast buffet included. At lunchtime and in the evening there are buffets too, which you will get optional for an extra 5€ per meal. Also there is a small shop at the reception, where you can buy drinks and little snacks.

Rates for the Gathering are:

• 2 person room  : 29€ / Person and Night
• 4 person room : 23€ / Person and Night

This price includes breakfast and accomodation for 1 night.

Lunch and Dinner (Buffet) 5€ per meal (optional)

There is a bistro (open 24h) inside where you can buy drinks/food. 1,5 liter mineral water was at 1,85€ for example. Dont forget to get your own soap, shower gel and towels...

The reservation (for the limited 2-bed rooms) is going to be first come, first serve. We will try to organise more, if there is a lot of demand for the 2-bed option.
